This place is beautiful in all ways. The art was amazing - not "pretty," but moving, a real exhibit about the nature of humanity and the perils people face. Our room was lush, with a great view. The restaurant's breakfast was spectacular. Moreover, the location was fantastic - easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. We very much enjoyed our time there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely. We had a well appointed room and a beautiful view. It was such a cool building. Everything was clean and easy to find and it was quiet. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of space. Good location for downtown with lots of great coffee shops nearby. Definitely needed to call ahead for valet service. We would happily stay here again.

I recently coordinated a vehicle delivery for one of my rental guests staying at the 21C Museum Hotel in Lexington, and the experience was excellent. Makayla at the front desk went above and beyond to help coordinate everything and made the process smooth for both me and the guest. As a local business owner who works with travelers in the area, I really appreciated how professional and accommodating the staff were. It’s clear this hotel cares about its guests’ full experience — not just their stay. Highly recommend 21C Museum Hotel, and special thanks to Makayla for her outstanding hospitality. — Kevin, Level Up Rentals

In a great central location in Downtown Lexington, has a nice restaurant and bar (The Lock Box) attached to it with a friendly knowledgeable staff. There is also a really interesting museum that is on the first floor and expanded to the 2nd floor which it definitely worth a view. I had a room with a city view which was pretty pleasant to over look main street and and upper street. I had a great view of the Old Fayette Court house. Since you're centrally located there's a lot within walking distance including upscale dining and a starbucks.

Overall I had a great stay. My room was upgraded to a corner, which was great. Right after check in I left the room and when I tried to go back the key reader was not working, ended up needing reprogrammed which took a while to get someone there thay could do it. I was locked out of my room for an hour with none of my stuff. The girl was very sweet about it, I knew it is not anyone's fault, and they did comp my valet charge the next day as well. The breakfast banana nut toast was PHENOMENAL! Would totally go back.

Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service, and comfortable rooms. This hotel has a literal art museum in it as well. You walk out of your room and are met by art on every wall. Best hotel in Lexington or Louisville, in my opinion.

I love the 21C brand and this was my first stay at their Lexington location. Loved everything about this hotel. Location is prime - walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Valet was attentive and fast- I never had to go hunt them down as I do with some hotels. Staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the brand and their current exhibit. I appreciated the fact the bar and restaurant, Lockbox, was more than a typical hotel restaurant. I’d eat there even if I wasn’t staying there. Food was inventive and quality was great. The bartender went above and beyond to track down a pot of herbal tea for me. The rooms are spacious and well thought out with complimentary tea and nespresso. They even put chocolates by your bed… Who does that! They clearly care about their guests and include special touches to make you feel that way. The bed was a little stiff and I thought the comforter a little thin but otherwise I slept great. Do yourself a favor and book your next night here.
